Embrace your true self by unfolding your expertise within our Containerboard Packaging division, with the support of Annie Bussière, our customer service director. - Please note that this position is located in Calgary, but requires to travel frequently
Responsibilities: - Create a sense of community
- in a changing environment
- Have an overview of major and/or regional accounts
- Foster the emergence of ideas for improvement and innovation within your team
- Manage complaints and inquiries, when needed
- Ensure that your team masters the techniques and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service, ex: valid and complete documentation
- Track your team's performance indicators
- Prevent crisis situations by acting in a timely manner and escalating when necessary
- Strengthen your business unit's customer relationships
- Ensure SOPs are understood and applied
- Bring out the best in yourself

- You too, put forward your strengths:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar supervisory role (manufacturing sector is a must)
- College diploma/degree in sales, supply chain or equivalent
- Passion for people
- Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams
- Ability to help team members develop and achieve their goals
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office
