**Analyst, Graduate Rotation Program**

Accelerate your career with CMLS Financial. We are currently recruiting new graduates to join our 1 year, Full-time, Rotational Program with start dates commencing in September 2023. At the end of the rotation, you will be presented with a permanent full-time opportunity based on suitability and performance.

In this role, you'll gain meaningful work experience, mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business areas within the company, in a diverse and collaborative work environment.

The CMLS Graduate Rotational Program is open to recent graduates from all college and university degree disciplines who can demonstrate the following:

- Recently completed (within 1 year) an Undergraduate Degree. Graduation date must be by August 31, 2023.
- Proven track record of both strong academic and extracurricular achievements.
- Commitment to learning and intellectual curiosity, with a passion for real estate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and timelines.
- Strong leadership skills, with a commitment to collaborative sharing of knowledge in a collegial environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative, ownership and drive tasks to completion.
- Working towards a professional designation (i.e. CFA) considered an asset but not required.

**Graduates should expect to rotate through the 3 following departments**:

- **Construction Finance (RCFI) **- The RCFI construction finance team is responsible for underwriting and managing multi-family residential rental construction loan opportunities for CMHC directly. Our primary services include lender/borrower liaison, underwriting, loan management, assistance with funding, and construction draw review and approval.
- **Commercial Origination** **- Our 50+ person Commercial Origination team is responsible for working directly with existing borrower clients and developing new borrower relationships to deploy over $6B in real estate financing each year. Their efforts connect debt capital seeking to get a return in the real estate market with real estate owners, operators and developers who need that capital to execute on their unique visions.

- Vouloir apprendre et avoir une curiosité intellectuelle et une passion pour l'immobilier.
- Être capable de travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide, tout en gérant des priorités et des échéanciers multiples.
- Posséder d'excellentes compétences en matière de leadership, être fortement engagé en faveur du partage des connaissances dans un environnement d'entraide.
- Posséder d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de fortes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale.
- Avoir de solides compétences en matière de recherche, de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse.
- Être motivé et doté d'une grande éthique de travail et d'un grand souci du détail.
- Être capable de prendre des initiatives, de s'approprier des tâches et de les mener à bien.
- Détenir un titre professionnel (par exemple CFA) constitue un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire.

**Les diplômés doivent s'attendre à passer par les trois services suivants**:

- **Financement de construction (FCLL)** - L'équipe de financement de la construction de logements locatifs (FCLL) est responsable de la souscription et de la gestion des possibilités de prêts à la construction de logement
