    Bakeshop is a rapidly-growing digital marketing agency serving an exciting portfolio of exciting DTC e-commerce brands.

    About the role

    You are a digital marketing expert with strong working experience in Paid Media, Retention and CRO.

    You'll represent the agency as the client's primary point of contact, working with brand founders and marketing leaders to ideate and execute winning e-commerce growth strategies.

    You're more than a strategist, you're a hands-on operator, ad creative enthusiast, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.

    The ideal candidate is a charismatic people-person who is process-obsessed, enjoys working with a small team, and has a passion for performance marketing.

    The purpose of the role is to reduce CPA, increase AOV and extend LTV for our clients' brands through a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical prowess.

    The Sr.

    Growth Manager will collaborate with and lead team members across departments, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Web Development, Creative, and Email Marketing.

    It's necessary to have a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices for DTC eCommerce brands, hands-on experience in Ad Accounts, and a track record of success optimizing for CPA, AOV, CVR and LTV.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of marketers to plan and launch fullfunnel advertising campaigns.
    • Maintain client calendars and coordinate with internal teams for the timely launch and discontinuation of campaigns.
    • Guide strategy with creative teams for compelling ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, flows, and postpurchase pages.
    • Conduct regular audits of customer journeys to identify issues and opportunities.
    • Analyze campaign performance data and use analytics tools to visualize trends, providing actionable insights for improvement.
    • Monitor financial metrics (Spend, CPA, ROAS) to ensure positive ROI across platforms.
    • Collaborate with CRO leads and developers on A/B testing.
    • Partner with the web team to implement CRO best practices to enhance conversion rates.
    • Lead strategy development and execution, identifying KPIs and monitoring effectiveness continuously.
    • Develop strategic account plans aligning with client objectives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact, fostering close cooperation with clients and maintaining regular communication through various channels (e.g., client calls, Slack).
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients with initial consultations and strategy sessions.
    • Lead a team of growth marketers or specialists, fostering collaboration within the agency to ensure client campaign success.
    • Conduct regular account audits and reviews to discuss performance metrics and future strategies.
    • Utilize technology, including AI tools, to enhance creative strategy efficiency and ensure quality before client delivery.
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • A strong enthusiasm for the art and science of growth marketing
    • 4+ years' of digital marketing experience
    • 3+ years experience working with DTC ecommerce brands, in agency or clientside
    • 3+ years experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads
    • 2+ years experience with Klaviyo
    • Experience with CRO & Landing Page optimization a bonus
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage client relationships

    Compensation:
    Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 CAD per year, based on experience.
