Requirements:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define components of the product vision and roadmap
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog
  • Define and communicate product requirements to the development team
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of product releases
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product decisions
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform product improvements
  • Create and deliver product training and documentation to support sales and customer success teams

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in a software development environment
  • Experience in the legal industry or working with legal professionals strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing crossfunctional teams and delivering products on time and within budget
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decisionmaking
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve product goals
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.

Pay range
:
$80,000 - $90,000 USD
. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.

Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
