Role and Responsibilities:

Our Housekeepers play a vital role in establishing and maintaining a level of comfort and well being for our clients living at home.

The Housekeeper provides essential support services for the client with warmth and professionalism in the home environment including, but not limited to:

• Toptobottom cleaning vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, baseboards, floors
• Detailed cleaning windows, curtains and blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans and fixtures, cupboards, appliances
• Housekeeping changing linens and bed sheets, laundry and ironing

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Listening to, understanding, and responding appropriately to client requests and needs
• Meeting schedules on time and in a diligent manner
• Accomplishing tasks within designated times with efficiency and quality
• Ensuring the client is in a safe and comfortable environment at the end of the day
• Working closely with team members to ensure high quality service is delivered

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Legal working status in Canada
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills and empathy towards others
• Selfstarter with high attention to detail and thoroughness
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple priorities
• Ability to work within define deadlines
• Ability to function within a collaborative team environment
• Ability to complete physically demanding work for extended periods of time

Required Skills & Credentials:

• Housekeeping and residential cleaning experience
• Valid driver's license, Class
• English fluency
• Basic computer literacy

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with seniors, personswithdisabilities

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 20lbs
