Description

As a Bilingual Remote Outbound Sales Associate, you will place calls to existing and past customers:
Making outbound calls, promoting TV, internet, and mobility
Building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer's request
Review the customers' file to ensure they're receiving the best value for their account

Fully paid training
Bilingual -$22 per hour + Uncapped Bonus / $17.05 English speaking only
Full-time positions - 40-hour week

Have previous call center experience
Have experience working with computers, and the ability to use multiple platforms at the same time with ease
Are a problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that make sense for our client and the customer
Have the ability to connect a computer directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable while working
