Description
Established in 2011, the PEI Brewing Company currently brews, sells, and
distributes the Gahan line of handcrafted beers, Colliding Tides, and Beach
Chair Lager. Commitment to quality products, our people, continuous

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position is responsible for performing quality checks on the production floor during daily operations. This position focuses on calibrations, testing and tracking of critical control points and sensory testing in the brewery. Additionally, the position assists the quality manager on projects, audits and process implementation and adherence. The job is focused on the production area of the brewery but can extend to deliveries, and warehousing to ensure packaged products are being handled, stored and rotated properly.
