Job description

To be a General Manager (GM) with Oxford Living you need to have the following skills:

  • Motivate and lead your management team and staff
  • Strategic Planning Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Sales Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Understand Regulations pertaining to RHRA, Public Health, Ministry of Labor and all other regulatory bodies
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • RPN an asset


This is a role that require a strong commitment and from time-to-time flexible hours and dedication to the running of the home.

We are looking for someone that enjoys a challenge and is eager to be part of the solution.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
