Media Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Media Team Leader to lead our team of editors, videographers, and creators in producing high-quality video content that captures attention, educates consumers, and drives sales.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure every video asset resonates with our audience and drives sales.
Lead a team of 5 video editors, videographers, and media specialists who create content that sells.
Conduct regular team reviews, offering feedback and opportunities for growth, while ensuring every video tells a compelling story and exceeds KPIs.
Oversee video and photo shoots from start to finish, managing pre-production to post-production to ensure consistent branding and impactful storytelling.
Manage location shoots, ensuring the right equipment is used to capture the perfect shot.
Stay on top of timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Create testimonial videos and other content that builds customer trust and credibility.
Design split tests, analyze performance metrics, and continually improve video and graphic content.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphic animation.
3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
Expert knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience working with Frame.io, Studio Binder, and Miro.
Solid graphic design skills.
A background in digital marketing & e-commerce.
A solid grasp of budgeting and finance basics.
Experience in the health or supplement industry.
