Your next career move

  • Lead, support, execute PMO strategy, practices, and procedures.
  • Coordinate internal resources and coordinate third party (client) resources with Client Project Manager
  • Develop a detailed Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS), after reviewing the deliverables as articulated in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Solution Design Document (SDD)
  • Ensure sufficient resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, including coordination and leading of all project governance and health checks
  • Triage and manages changes to project scope, project schedule, and overall project effort and costs
  • Measure and report back to Senior Management on overall project performance, using a variety of project management tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management and evaluation to minimize potential project risks
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation container for each project, including adherence to TAO's PMO
  • Work with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure clarity of all specific business requirements, as necessary
  • Delegate project tasks and deliverables to various internal team members, based on their individual strengths, skill sets, and various experience levels
  • Maintain and meet budgetary objectives as agreed to at the onset of the project, and if necessary, adjust based on project constraints, in conjunction with financial analysis
  • As necessary, work with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention and the Service Delivery Manager, to ensure sufficient minimum understanding of specific product functionality areas related to the project implementation scope, along with an understanding of all inscope deliverables and requirements

  • Excellent cost control and time analysis
  • Knowledge about conflict management
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Detailoriented, with strong organization and decisionmaking skills
  • Proficiency in software like MS Office, Google Workplace, and Project Management Software (MS Project, Smartsheet, GanttPro, LiquidPlanner, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in project management required.
  • Experience in the software development industry preferred
  • Experience in agile / scrum methodologies is preferred
  • Proven project management skills in a use case are required
  • Thorough knowledge of the methods and procedures used in the successful implementation of software products
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • A welldefined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
  • Sound leadership, and teambuilding skills
  • Experience in the Microsoft stack of technology is an asset
