1 – 2 years of experience mentoring remote sales teams.
~ Spend time in field coaching representatives one on one and in group settings.
Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent.
Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales and performance requirements.
Use data to identify gaps and areas that need improvement.
