Want to join a fun and welcoming front desk team in a beautiful, peaceful environment close to Rathrevor Beach?

Oceanside Village Resort, one of Parksville's premier resort properties is currently recruiting for full time front desk agent.

Some of the things you would be doing include:

Welcoming incoming guests at check in, processing payments and ensuring they are aware of guest policies, resort facilities and local attractions.
Check out departing guests and address any concerns or issues they may have had during their stay.
End of day audit.
Conduct cottage cleanliness checks to ensure that accommodations are compliant with the quality and level of standards that our guests expect.
Light laundry duties.
Continually follow all Health & Safety guidelines and protocols.
High School Diploma/GED, be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office. Previous experience with a reservation system is an asset.
Possess good communication skills, have a positive attitude, and be customer service oriented.
Possess a valid BC Driver's license.

Job Type:
Full time

Shifts are 8:30-5 and 10:30-7

Must be available most weekends

Pay Rate:
$22.00 per hour
