Job Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager allocates both human and material resources within a designated region to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Our core services include commercial, post-construction, and high-density residential window cleaning, along with other property-related maintenance services.Job Type:

Salary:
$60K-$65K (based on experience and certifications) Benefits
Hours of Operation:9:00 am-5:00 pm (EST)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all cleaning activities in a designated area
- Prepare work plans for efficient and effective flow of operations
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met or exceeded
- Train or manage training of cleaners, ensuring adherence to Aurum standards for safety & quality
- Maintain control and inventory management of all Aurum cleaning equipment
- Issue equipment to cleaners as required
- Provide estimation services for existing and prospective clients in current area and in new marketplaces
- Assist the Director of Operations with scheduling and dispatching employees for projects
- Negotiate budgets with cleaning personnel for piecework projects
- Manage workloads through effective workforce planning including optimizing available cleaners and identifying requirements for additional headcount
- Reinforce work safety, on a daily basis, by means of communication (safety talks and awareness), training (as applicable), visual (identifying potential hazards at the workplace, signs, etc.), and taking preventative measures to ensure the safety of employees, client staff and the general public. Document and keep records of all safety meetings and/or discussions for the duration of the contract.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in either window cleaning, glazing, or construction: working at heights experience will be given preference
- Minimum of 2 years supervising work of teams of 4 8 personnel
- Strong teambuilding skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Project management experience
- Teamplayer mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office and learn new programs
