Service Appointment Coordinator:

With the goal of providing exceptional customer service, the
Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for incoming service calls, establishing relationships with customers, and scheduling appointments for the service department, process payments, and providing adequate reports to corresponding dealerships.

Some of the qualifications include:

Experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing
Ability to establish and maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Detailorientation and organization with a sense of pride in quality work
Excellent problem solving ability
Computer literacy
