Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.

Duties:

Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure adherence to project timelines
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Evaluate project outcomes against established goals and objectives Skills:
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Visio, or similar tools
Experience in IT project management is highly desirable
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Kanban or SAFe is a plus
Knowledge of SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms is preferred
Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and negotiate with stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills
