Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
Duties:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Evaluate project outcomes against established goals and objectives Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Visio, or similar tools
- Experience in IT project management is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Kanban or SAFe is a plus
- Knowledge of SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms is preferred
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and negotiate with stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
