WebPal Cloud Server, a market-leading cloud-based content and data management solution.

We engage in long-term service contracts to host and manage our client's business data in our three Canadian data centre facilities.

We work with top-shelf technology partners to integrate WebPal into enterprise systems and we do this efficiently, compliant, and with flawless automation.


Position


We have a new opening for a Web Hosting Support Agent who is interested in covering end-user support during a steady Monday-Friday day shift schedule.

This is a hybrid position; we will provide all the training necessary.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Answer the phone and provide friendly assistance throughout the shift
  • Solve client technology issues and communicate with them via a ticketing system
  • Monitor alert systems and escalate to technical team if needed
  • Diagnose errors for content management systems including, WebPal, WordPress etc.
  • Basic Linux Server maintenance tasks such as reboots, upgrades, installations, user account management

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Some experience working in the web hosting industry ideal
  • Basic WordPress editing knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Driven to be the best and you have examples to prove it

Other Assets/Great to Have:


  • Linux Server Management
  • Experience with Virtualization and hosting billing systems
