- Evaluate a customer's skin condition and offer recommendations for treatments
- Perform facials and body treatments according to Caudalie protocol and fulfill guest requests and expectations.
- Exceptional ability to develop clientele, strong relationships, and influence customers.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and customer service expectations.
- Participate and utilize training to elevate product knowledge and application techniques.
- Passionate and energetic about skin care/beauty with a desire to grow within the brand.
- Demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understands the Caudalie brand, ingredients and the benefits to the client.
- Ability to answer client questions regarding the services offered and products utilized and available by Caudalie.
- Understands and utilizes universal precautions when providing services, cleaning and maintaining treatment tools and equipment.
- Assess guest needs and identify allergies and/or any medical conditions that may impact the services and products used during the client's treatment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and treatment room, launder and change linens.
- Monitor and adhere to time schedules for treatments being performed.
- Report inappropriate client behavior, accidents, injuries, reactions to products/services to manager immediately.
- Perform opening/closing procedures as necessary.
- Ensure spa and boutiques are fully stocked of all merchandise and setup is aligned with Caudalie standards.
- Other duties as assigned, which may include support the front desk in answering the phone, booking and changing appointments, stocking merchandise, among others.
