SENIOR MANAGER AND A MANAGER REQUIRED

Company Description
We are a rapidly growing mid-sized CPA firm located in Burnaby with 3 partners.

We provide a range of high quality, personalized accounting and taxation services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals across Canada.

We are looking for both an experienced Senior Manager and a manager.

Requirements:

Qualified CPA with a minimum 5 years of public practice experience
Experience with audit, review and compilation engagements
Strong experience with drafting financial statement for assurance engagements
Experience with tax planning for both personal and corporate clients
Ability to represent the Firm and liaise with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Aptitude for improving internal systems and processes
Strong team leadership skills with aptitude for training and developing staff

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates an ability to lead and manage multiple engagements
Responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of client services
Manages assurance, accounting, and tax engagements
Manages aspects of production and client billing
Actively leads and develops work teams to successfully meet and exceed a varying range of client needs and expectations
Actively supports and participates in firm wide initiatives
Promotes the firm's Quality Control Standards

Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
