SENIOR MANAGER AND A MANAGER REQUIRED
Company Description
We are a rapidly growing mid-sized CPA firm located in Burnaby with 3 partners.
We provide a range of high quality, personalized accounting and taxation services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals across Canada.
We are looking for both an experienced Senior Manager and a manager.Requirements:
- Qualified CPA with a minimum 5 years of public practice experience
- Experience with audit, review and compilation engagements
- Strong experience with drafting financial statement for assurance engagements
- Experience with tax planning for both personal and corporate clients
- Ability to represent the Firm and liaise with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Aptitude for improving internal systems and processes
- Strong team leadership skills with aptitude for training and developing staff
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates an ability to lead and manage multiple engagements
- Responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of client services
- Manages assurance, accounting, and tax engagements
- Manages aspects of production and client billing
- Actively leads and develops work teams to successfully meet and exceed a varying range of client needs and expectations
- Actively supports and participates in firm wide initiatives
- Promotes the firm's Quality Control Standards
Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
