With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, some of our
Ottawa locations are looking for
Parts Advisors to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Working directly with customers, suppliers and technicians to ensure that there is ongoing communication and effective operations within the parts department.
  • Always working towards improving operational efficiencies.
  • Order parts for customers' repair needs.
  • Maintain and nurture ongoing rapport and relationships with business partners.
  • Oversee and maintain parts inventory.

Qualifications

  • Previous parts advisor experience. (min 1 yr)
  • Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences.
  • High attention to detail and able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers.
  • Strong verbal and written skills and proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:

Automotive Parts: 1 year (required)
Customer Service: 3 years (required)
