Kroll's Expert Services practice provides valuation services and financial analysis to attorneys and companies involved in litigation, among others. Our professionals are trained to provide expert witness testimony in our areas of expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Monitoring news alerts
  • Intranet development
  • Library cataloguing, digital & physical
  • Business research using Factiva, Capital IQ, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, CanLii, Westlaw, Statistics Canada, among others
  • Due diligence research

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Management (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Engineering (with a minimum of four Junior and/or Senior level courses in Accounting, Economics or Finance) or MBA from an accredited college or university
  • Interested in learning about business information services
  • Strong analytical and writing skills; specifically, the ability to sift through complex information gathered from many sources, find the most pertinent information, and to summarize your findings clearly and concisely
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while remaining detail oriented and ensuring projects meet timelines
  • Selfmotivated and organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Serviceoriented, teamplayer who is eager to learn
  • Ability to travel to Toronto office at least 2 times a week and/or as required
