Viscor is currently looking for a CNC Punch Press Setup Operator with AMADA Experience (preferred)
-
Set up and
Operate CNC Amada or Other Punch/Turret Presses for sheet metal manufacturing

Give instruction as required to support and assist other machine operators
Blueprint reading
Measuring of parts
Interpreting precise measuring instruments
Follow quality control procedures
Check products for correct shapes, dimensions and other specifications
Read specifications or follow verbal instructions
Document work completed
Clean and lubricate equipment
Support and Assist other machine operators as required
All other duties as may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Min. 3 years CNC punch press set up experience (Amada preferred)
Brake Press Set Up experience an asset
Blueprint reading
Machine set up and operation
Experience with precise measuring instruments along with imperial measuring tape
Must have Punch Press operation experience
Sheet Metal fabrication experience is required
Safety conscious
Fluent in English
