    As the Marketing Consultant you will be responsible for leading cross-functional marketing teams in the development of marketing plans and programs, specific to Group Home and Auto. You will oversee end-to-end development of marketing support materials and programs, direct creative and copy development and ensure seamless production and distribution functions. You will be responsible for creating and executing specific B2B and B2C communication programs to support the identified marketing plans as needed.

    How you will create impact:

  • Recommend, plan, write, and manage the strategy and execution of marketing communication campaigns and materials which include, but are not limited to email, social media, digital and video content, print collateral and promotional materials, and various sales support assets for use in prospecting activities, sponsorships, and on-site events.
  • Identify potential prospecting and cross selling opportunities to exploit through marketing programs.
  • Continually review marketing plans to ensure delivery of the appropriate suite of programs to our business partners in the most effective distribution channels.
  • Establish, nurture, and enhance effective cross functional relationships across teams that include Line of Business Sales, Communications, Digital, Legal, Compliance, and more.
  • Lead the creative development of marketing communication and sales support materials including suggesting alternative solutions to communication, design, and production issues.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities as a member of planning teams and anticipate, recommend, and execute communication activity to support team objectives.
  • Manage and maintain set budgets allocated to the execution of marketing/sales support initiatives.
  • Track, analyze and report on the results of marketing communication/sales support initiatives.

  • To join our team:

  • You have five (5) years' experience in a marketing communication function with a proven ability to develop and execute marketing programs utilizing a variety of tactics and channels including multi-media (social media, paid digital advertising, website content and landing page development, video), direct marketing, sales collaterals, public relations, etc.
  • You have a University Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • You have experience leveraging digital marketing channels as part of programs and take an analytical approach to exploring alternative solutions when necessary.
  • You have demonstrated skills in project management, marketing, and communications strategic planning, organizing and consensus building.
  • You have knowledge of, or previous exposure to, the print production process and web communications management.
  • You have proven ability to work effectively with key stakeholders to successfully manage delivery of work on-time and on-budget.
  • Having experience in financial services/insurance is considered an asset.
