Do you have professional customer service skills enhanced by a can-do attitude, this might be a great opportunity for you to join CBI Health.

As a Receptionist within CBI Health, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community healthcare organization providing high-quality services at our Kingston office.

This is a 6-month temporary position with a possibility for renewal.


PRIMARY DUTIES

As a Receptionist, you will:


  • Direct incoming calls received on a multiline phone system.
  • Be the first point of contact for office visitors and offsite employees.
  • Coordinate mail distribution and orders.
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS

To take on the role of Receptionist, you must have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a reception or customer service role.
  • Good computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A professional customer service attitude.
  • A creative approach with a cando attitude.
  • Effective problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, manage time effectively and have a strong eye to detail.
  • Knowledge of WSIB and MVA is considered an asset
