As a Receptionist within CBI Health, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community healthcare organization providing high-quality services at our Kingston office.
This is a 6-month temporary position with a possibility for renewal.PRIMARY DUTIES
As a Receptionist, you will:
- Direct incoming calls received on a multiline phone system.
- Be the first point of contact for office visitors and offsite employees.
- Coordinate mail distribution and orders.
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support.
QUALIFICATIONS
To take on the role of Receptionist, you must have:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a reception or customer service role.
- Good computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A professional customer service attitude.
- A creative approach with a cando attitude.
- Effective problemsolving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, manage time effectively and have a strong eye to detail.
- Knowledge of WSIB and MVA is considered an asset
