Description

~1-3 years experience. Usually inputs to one or several projects of a smaller nature with no direct reports.

Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.

Projects may involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, process improvement, etc. Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.

Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

Projects are limited in number, size, and complexity. Usually works under the direction of a senior project/program manager.

COMMENT TO SUPPLIERS:

Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) or equivalent
A Scrum Master with 35 years of experience
Someone with a vast toolbox of practices with the capacity to juggle them to fit the team's needs

For example:
Lean, Agile, Scrum & Kanban, Kata, Lean Startup

An analytic spirit who sees a product/system as a series of small deliverables who has the ability to transfer this vision through workshops (story mapping, customer journey etc.)
A realistic mind who can understand project administration needs and supports the team to complete their own

For example:
budget forecasting, project charter, invoicing, etc.

Someone with a good understanding of IT technologies (programming, cloud architecture, micro services, automation) and practices (DevOps, TDD, Continuous Integration, mob programming

$55.00-$70.00 per hour
