Job summary
The Administrative Support Assistant is responsible for telephone reception and administrative duties for the Disability Management Services Office (DMSO).Paying Invoice, manage incoming inquiries received on the department inbox
Open, sort and prepare incoming mail
Scan mail into the document imaging system and set tasks for team members to review and handle the mail
Create and mail correspondence to employees, clients, and service providers
Maintain employee and client information in Canada Life systems,
Investigate mail that has been returned to sender and resend the mail as appropriate.
