Audi Parts Consultant - Nepean, Canada - Audi West Ottawa
Description
Provide prompt and courteous service to Technicians, customers and to our wholesale accounts.- Handle telephone parts orders for wholesale and/or retail accounts and maintain records of all specialorder parts.
- Provide all the necessary information for special and emergency orders.
- Write purchase orders for parts from outside suppliers
- Promote additional parts sales by suggesting related items, seasonal lines
- Inform customers when special orders are received
- Ensure that all defective warranty parts, returned by Technicians are properly identified and placed accordingly in our Warranty return area.
- Arrange for delivery or shipment of parts as required.
- Prepare and cost parts invoices
- Notify the Parts Manager of all inventory discrepancies.
- Examine returned parts for defects and exchange or credit as required.
- Periodically install accessories for a customer vehicle (ie
- Keep work area, warehouse and parts area cleaned and organized (sweeping floors, dusting shelves, etc.)
Hours Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
