We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to join our team
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in the processing of External Manager performance and management fees including fee accruals and invoice preparation.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing fee calculations including custody fees, performance and management fees.
- Prepare fee allocation reports for invoice processing and client deliverables.
- Prepare clients' deliverables including the reporting of accruals, AUM, hedging notional and commitments.
- Perform periodic External Manager Fees reconciliation, variance analysis and ad hoc reporting.
- Maintain investment cost related Journal Entries.
- Support internal and other audits of the investment function including the provision of information to auditors as required.
- Champion and lead innovation to achieve process efficiency.
- Support initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to share information and processes to improve internal operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What do you need to succeed?- Strong time management skill and ability to effectively prioritize to meet deadlines- Strong attention to detail is a must-have.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and compelling manner.- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills are required.- Self-starter with great work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong personal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels.- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail as well as excellent writing skills.
