THE ROLE


The Administrative Coordinator role supports the Management team in the daily operations of WGOB and its events, programs, annual WGOB Summit, membership & other services.


Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Document management in Dropbox
  • Data entry into our CRM and tracking documents
  • Attend weekly virtual team meetings, provide timely followup on all WGOB Initiatives
  • Assist Chief of Staff with general administration
  • Respond to general inquiries/ requests for information
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and current
  • Coordinate with other WGOB team members to ensure timely delivery of WGOB materials
  • Assist in set up and attend WGOB events (virtual and inperson) as required
  • Assist Director of Membership & Programs with the membership Workflow Manager as needed
  • Support Founder & CEO on their speaking engagements

Skills/Education

  • Familiarity using Canva an asset
  • Social Media Marketing experience is an asset
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Google Docs
  • CRM experience is considered an asset
  • Project Management
  • Strong organizational skills, along with the following:
  • Be resourceful, energetic, and displaying a strong desire to take initiative
  • Be proactive, reliable, and accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Be versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities
  • Be able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities accordingly
  • Relevant university or equivalent training
  • 1+ year of relevant experience

Compensation
To be invoiced bi-monthly (1st and 15th of every month) as an independent contractor Reporting to: Chief of Staff

Up to 15 hours/week

Hourly rate:
between $20-$25 CAD depending on experience


Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$300.00-$400.00 per week

  • French not required

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
