THE ROLE
The Administrative Coordinator role supports the Management team in the daily operations of WGOB and its events, programs, annual WGOB Summit, membership & other services.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Document management in Dropbox
- Data entry into our CRM and tracking documents
- Attend weekly virtual team meetings, provide timely followup on all WGOB Initiatives
- Assist Chief of Staff with general administration
- Respond to general inquiries/ requests for information
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and current
- Coordinate with other WGOB team members to ensure timely delivery of WGOB materials
- Assist in set up and attend WGOB events (virtual and inperson) as required
- Assist Director of Membership & Programs with the membership Workflow Manager as needed
- Support Founder & CEO on their speaking engagements
Skills/Education
- Familiarity using Canva an asset
- Social Media Marketing experience is an asset
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Google Docs
- CRM experience is considered an asset
- Project Management
- Strong organizational skills, along with the following:
- Be resourceful, energetic, and displaying a strong desire to take initiative
- Be proactive, reliable, and accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Be versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities
- Be able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities accordingly
- Relevant university or equivalent training
- 1+ year of relevant experience
Compensation
To be invoiced bi-monthly (1st and 15th of every month) as an independent contractor Reporting to: Chief of Staff
Up to 15 hours/week
Hourly rate:
between $20-$25 CAD depending on experience
