    Our client is one of the world's leading generic pharmaceutical companies.

    Reporting to the Vice President, Talent & Culture, the Director Talent Management and OD will design, build, implement and evolve inclusive talent management strategies, programs and processes that drive the achievement of strategic and operational objectives as they prepare for an IPO towards the end of 2024.

    The Director will provide expertise and thought leadership across the talent management domain. They will leverage research, industry best practices and evolving trends to ensure a robust talent management function. They will build an integrated talent strategy for the global organization supported by effective succession planning and talent assessment processes.

    First Year Deliverables:

  • Gain a deep and broad understanding of the business quickly; develop and maintain effective working relationships, establishing a high level of credibility and is seen to be quickly adding value to the business.
  • Develop and deliver a robust change management plan.
  • Develop and implement a detailed market-specific workforce planning model.
  • Support the VP Talent and Culture in developing and implementing a holistic and documented long-term Talent Management strategy and road-map, integrating the culture with employee experience and programs/systems.
  • Identify Critical roles, implement Succession Planning, Talent Assessment and Career Development processes.
  • The ideal candidate brings significant talent management/organizational design expertise with experience gained in a large and complex publicly traded organization with manufacturing operations.They are a change and transformation champion who thrives in a fast-paced organization and brings a 'can do' mindset.The candidate will bring tier 1 company experience and knows 'what good looks like' and leverage best practices to deliver results quickly.
