Reporting to the Vice President, Talent & Culture, the Director Talent Management and OD will design, build, implement and evolve inclusive talent management strategies, programs and processes that drive the achievement of strategic and operational objectives as they prepare for an IPO towards the end of 2024.
The Director will provide expertise and thought leadership across the talent management domain. They will leverage research, industry best practices and evolving trends to ensure a robust talent management function. They will build an integrated talent strategy for the global organization supported by effective succession planning and talent assessment processes.

The ideal candidate brings significant talent management/organizational design expertise with experience gained in a large and complex publicly traded organization with manufacturing operations.They are a change and transformation champion who thrives in a fast-paced organization and brings a 'can do' mindset.The candidate will bring tier 1 company experience and knows 'what good looks like' and leverage best practices to deliver results quickly.
