The Position
We are looking for a full‑time, bilingual French/English Associate with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience who will proactively serve and support our contractor/supplier clients and lead the management and growth of customer accounts. Your time at ISN will begin on the Customer Service team as the first role within the rotational program.
After your initial training period on the Customer Service team, you will rotate to our Client Development team. This role includes both sales and account management in a collaborative, industry or region‑specific team. On Client Development, you will engage with stakeholders and executives of client companies, including Fortune 500 companies, generate business growth through account expansion and new client prospecting, assist with client implementation, and take on increasing responsibility in a team environment.
Compensation
Base pay of $83,000 CAD annually with the opportunity to earn up to $11,000 CAD annual target incentives if targets are met. Total annual compensation up to $94,000 CAD.
