  • We are looking for an Engineering Intern based in Toronto, ON, Canada . This internship will run from May 20, 2024 – August 2, 2024 and is open to Undergrad students.

    GENERAL SUMMARY :

  • Forming and Shoring Documentation
  • Joint project to update Engineering Design Calculations to newest codes and create applicable document versions for countries based on code differences
  • Rebrand legacy documents
  • Provide new documents based on historic demand and document gaps
  • Product design file transition
  • Provide design file migration to new platform
  • Where necessary design fabrication drawings based on 2d pdf's
  • Develop Revit families off fabrication files as needed
  • What You Need To Succeed :

  • Technical Document Writer
  • Ability to modify existing documents as well as create new ones utilizing Adobe in-design in alignment with documentation standards
  • Mechanical or Civil Engineer
  • Ability to interpret industry codes
  • Research applicable codes based on location
  • Interpret and calculation product part capacities based on material and structural properties
  • Engineering Technician
  • Ability to use Solidworks, Inventor and AutoCAD
  • Strong inventor skills a must
  • Organizational skills and potentially experience with Autodesk Vault
  • Enrolled in college/university in degree noted under "Required Skills"
  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Masters or Under grad degree in Engineering.
  • Ability to participate in a full time internship between May 20, 2024 – August 2, 2024
