You are a strength coach that loves to work with teen girls and youth, to help motivate and inspire, teaching them proper movement and functional strength to benefit them in sport and help start on the right path of their fitness journey.

The Role:
- Strength Coach for teen girls small group training classes, youth fitness athletic classes, and/or Personal Trainer for one on one clients.
- Strength coach with high energy, amazing attitude, confidence, eagerness to learn, empathy and ability to connect and lead and motivate a group preferred
- Flexibility for coaching classes and personal training on weekends and evenings.
- Contribute to team programming and the MOVE experience.
- Promote actively on social media and at MOVE social and community events, and help bring in new leads
- Provide a WOW experience, engage and build relationships with members.
- Coaching MOVE kids and teens fitness classes and involvement in MOVE kids camps possibility.
- Proactively improve member experience, retention and initiatives keeping in mind our 360 experience
- Maintain cleanliness of facility and change rooms, and other administrative duties as required.
Experience Required:
- Previous group coaching fitness instructor experience with olympic bar
- Personal training experience using olympic bar
- Certifications may include Strength training, Olympic Lifting, Kettlebell, Powerlifting, DTS, Agatsu, StrongFirst, CrossFit L1/L2, NSCA-CSCS, CSSP, Movement & Mobility, Animal Flow, Fascial stretch, FMS, canfit pro, ACE.
- Gymnastics competition and coaching background preferred
- Prior CrossFit, Olympic Lifting and/or powerlifting group coaching and competition experience a plus
- Active on social media please share your instagram, facebook and linkedIN profiles
- Passion and Mindset for healthy nutrition lifestyle and women's empowerment
- Holistic nutrition a plus
- Coop and Internship students welcome
