    Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Configuration Specialist
    Location: PEI Canada (Remote or Onsite)
  • The scope of the services may include, but are not limited to:
  • Oracle Sales and Service PAAS
  • Working jointly with Government's eCRM Program team to ensure Oracle Fusion Cloud (OFC) capability/modules/entities are leveraged with configuration versus customization delivering quality solutions meeting client requirements;
  • Ensuring Government's Agile Iterative delivery methodology is followed in the completion of the work;
  • Providing Oracle Fusion Cloud knowledge and configuration expertise as part of a technical team delivering on a composable eCRM comprised of Angular, Mulesoft, and Oracle Fusion Cloud;
  • Utilizing an understanding of key concepts/modules, such as Sales Force Automation (Leads, Opportunities, Conversion), Account Management, Contact Management, Marketing; Event Management, Campaign Management, Service Request, Work Order, Case Management, and others to provide in depth knowledge for use and best fit modules of OSS to address the requirements, with minimal customization and maximum reusability;
  • Participating and leading JAD Sessions, following Government's Agile-Iterative methodology;
  • Leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM knowledge and experience to identify opportunities for process improvements;
  • Providing analysis, proposing change strategies, and communicating proposed strategies appropriately;
  • Providing indepth knowledge for use in best fit modules of CRM capabilities to address the requirements, with minimal customization and maximum reusability;
  • Translating business requirements into CRM functional specifications and User Stories in MS Azure DevOps to support the delivery of an eCRM in a composable architecture environment;
  • Maintaining all documentation as changes are introduced including Iteration release notes;
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to ITSS team members for eCRM;
  • Providing requirements for data migration from various source systems to the eCRM built on Oracle Fusion Cloud;
  • Developing and conducting reviews to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted;
  • Communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications, verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood;
  • Supporting quality assurance and integration testing;
  • Supporting user acceptance testing and participating in post-production functional support;
  • Providing expertise in job roles and duty for data security and access privilege; and
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Government.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience as a Configuration Specialist with Oracle Fusion Cloud/Oracle sales and service in a complex environment. This experience must include:
  • Experience in implementing Sales Force Automation modules;
  • Experience in configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud;
  • Experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling through a CRM lens verification, and methodology development;
  • Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, working in a team environment, and managing projects; and
  • Experience in utilizing requirements and best practices for data migration from other products to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

  • Government considers the following experience as an asset:
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud is an asset;
  • Specifications with the API of Oracle's Fusion Cloud;
  • Knowledge on Oracle Fusion Cloud integration with MS Outlook is an advantage;
  • Knowledge/experience with Oracle Eloqua;
  • Experience working with government organizaions;
  • Experience working in an Agile environment; and
  • Experience with MS Azure DevOps.
