Saveur NB is seeking an Admin Coordinator for a 10-week contract to provide hands-on support across administration, bookkeeping, reporting and compliance. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with both numbers and words - someone who is comfortable working in QuickBooks, spreadsheets and online systems and can also help prepare clear well-organized reports and documentation.Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Financial Administration Work directly in QuickBooks Online including entering reconciling transactions managing invoices expenses receipts Maintain accurate organized financial records aligned with funder governance requirements
- Reporting Compliance Support Assist with preparation of financial narrative reports Support government filings claims regulatory forms including online submission portals Pull relevant data summarize information present it clearly in tables or short written explanations
- Administrative Records Management Prepare format organize documents using Google Workspace Docs Sheets Drive Maintain digital physical filing systems printing scanning filing documents receipts Support internal coordination keeping information accurate accessible up-to-date
- Systems Tools Spreadsheets data tracking tools CRM member management systems Cloud-based tools shared drives
