Description

Direct Coil Inc., a rapidly growing manufacturer of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment is currently hiring for an experienced Manufacturing Foreman/Woman to supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers who fabricate and assemble metal products in a Fin Tube Coil manufacturing facility.

Terms of Employment:
Permanent, full-time employment

Wage:
Wage to be determined based on relevant experience

Minimum 3 years of experience overseeing and directing manufacturing activities/employees

Education Requirement:

Completion of secondary school

Job Duties:

Ensure the objectives and targets for the production plant, departments, as set out in the production schedule, are being followed by the floor employees.
Determine and resolve production issues as they arise, notifying management as necessary.
Requisition materials and supplies from the Material Handler.
Review production schedules and upcoming orders to foresee any problems meeting the delivery dates as set out in the schedule.
Prepare and complete production reports. Participate in the daily production meetings at which time priorities, daily quotas and production will be addressed.
Ensure all necessary health and safety protocols and company policies are being followed by all plant employees.
Promote and demonstrate good communication between production, engineering, and management.
Implement and model the company's culture, values, and behavior.
Assist in all departments as required and identify methods that would improve efficiencies and production outputs.
Ensure that plant employees follow and meet job quality and quantity standards.
Direct and oversee 5060 people.
