MEDFAR continues to work hard to incorporate the latest technological innovations into MYLE in order to provide care teams and their patients with the tools they deserve.


Job Description:


As a Client Integration Specialist, your primary focus will be to support clinic staff in the seamless adoption of our web-based electronic medical record (MYLE).

Your role is integral to ensuring a successful implementation tailored to the unique needs and requirements of each clinic. Your contribution to the onboarding team is pivotal, as it directly influences and enhances clinical processes.

Reporting to the Director of Onboarding, you will be an essential part of our multidisciplinary team, dedicated to welcoming new clients and guiding them in the seamless adoption of our care management solutions.


What you'll do

  • Collaborating with the onboarding team to define the specific requirements of new customers.
  • Engaging in remote and onsite project deployments, adapting your approach based on project size and complexity, and utilizing specialized tools for effective integration.
  • Creating and delivering wellstructured training programs tailored to clinics' clerical and medical staff.
  • Coordinating and conducting informative training sessions for clinic clients to address their queries.
  • Planning and configuring the necessary technological infrastructure to facilitate the deployment of MEDFAR's products.
  • Building functional interfaces that are essential for the successful deployment of our products.
  • Developing IT clinical processes that optimize the use of the MYLE product and ensure a streamlined clinical workflow.
  • Designing engaging presentations and preparing detailed project reports.
  • Implementing corrective and preventive measures to enhance clinical processes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Undertaking any other relevant tasks that contribute to the successful integration of our products and the satisfaction of our clients.

Qualifications:


Contribute to the team with your strengths

  • Postsecondary studies in the fields of health, education, health software, and project management. any other relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong sense of organization and structure of a work plan.
  • Excellent customer service and thoroughness.
  • Ability to establish fruitful interpersonal relationships and recognize complex emotions coming from others.
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team showing versatility and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication in French orally and in writing.

Working conditions

  • As part of this role, travel to various locations are needed, including those with limited public transportation options. Therefore, access to a car is important.
  • Trips will be required, and the frequency will depend on the week;
  • Schedule flexibility and availability to travel throughout Québec or other provinces.

Please note this is a hybrid role.
