Millcraft Woodworks is seeking a project estimator to prepare estimates for architectural and commercial millwork projects.Work Description
- Estimating: Calculate accurate material, labour, delivery and installation costing (quantity takeoffs)
- Read and interpreted blueprints and project specifications
- Drafting: Prepare detailed shop drawings, material and door schedules.
- Engineering: Utilize Cabinet vision to produce screen to machine code for CNC optimization
- 1 to 3 years work experience in a commercial millwork shop
- Permanent, Full time
- Able to read and interpreted blue prints and drawings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (word and Excel)
- Basic AutoCad knowledge
- Cabinet vision knowledge (asset)
Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
