If you share our values and would like to work with a skilled professional team, Armour is presently seeking a
Maintenance II position to join the growing team at our downtown Halifax location.

The
Maintenance II position assists in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our property in downtown Halifax.


What you will be doing:

The general presentation of the property in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the role. Duties will include light maintenance, property protection, tenant services and responding to building systems.

Additional duties will also include the following:

  • Responding to fire alarms, intrusion alarms, electrical failures, water leaks, property damage etc.
  • Recording mechanical, electrical and water readings and on occasion reset a building system when requested by the Employer.
  • Touring common areas and keep areas free of individuals soliciting from customers and or tenants.
  • General presentation and maintaining the development in a firstclass manner, including ensuring building safety, using their own judgement or as directed by Employer.
  • Attending to tenant and guest inquiries any maintenance requests.
  • Coordinating, reviewing and managing of parking, parking allocation, enforcement and revenue collecting.
  • Involvement in coordinating and delivering guest services and amenities.
  • Such other similar or related duties as may be required from time to time.
