Compensation:
$17.55/hour


Hours of work:
Fridays, 5:30-9:00pm (Guelph Sports Dome) or 6:30-9:00pm (Gryphon Fieldhouse)

Start date:

Job Overview
The Program Supervisor is a part-time seasonal position at Guelph Soccer.

This role is a key member of our team and will be integral to executing our Junior Gryphon Soccer School program.

The role is responsible for leading and supervising part time staff that support our programs.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervisor part time staff.
  • Assist with onboarding and training staff.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and provide onsite coverage.
  • Follow a session plan in accordance with Long Term Player Development and Club based curriculum.
  • Act as an ambassador for the organization, handling any questions or conflicts that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents, players, and staff.
  • Ensure onsite safety of participants.
  • Provide administrative support to the Technical Director and all other staff when necessary.

Require Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays required.
  • Knowledge of soccer or sport leagues.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Access to a vehicle.
  • Experience supervising staff would be considered an asset.
