GREAT HOURS AND COMPETITIVE PAY

Locations:
Cedarbrae - inside Cedarbrae Mall at Markham and Lawrence in Scarborough

Schedule - 2 days per week, 7:50 am

5:00 pm, Monday & Tuesday

Duties:

Gathers appropriate information from new patient calls
Coordinate with insurance and answer inquiries as well as taking payments
Consult with patients and parents
Conduct patient followup calls and rebooks
Present financials and review contracts with new patients
Prepare letters for doctors and obtain signatures
Assists and acts as back for reception
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sales experience is a plus
Dental Assistant Level II and NDAEB certification are an asset
