The Robot Foundry (TRF), formerly known as Coboticca, is a Venture Studio for robotics startups based in Mumbai & Mysore, India.
TRF focuses on R&D, innovation, and IP development in robotics and AI in India/APAC and seeding 2-3 robotics startups a year in the
US, Japan, and EU markets.

The vision
The solution is a front-of-house co-pilot that orchestrates human staff and edge-robots to increase throughput, service consistency, and margins
Think:
AI scheduling and tasking, real-time ops co-pilot for hosts/servers, and seamless orchestration with POS/KDS/robotic endpoints.
The solution is patent-pending.
Why now
Labour volatility, rising input costs, and guest expectations make FOH the next automation frontier. With integrations into POS/KDS and a human+robot orchestration layer, XPO is positioned to roll out in multi-unit restaurant groups.
What you'll do
Own strategy and outcomes from 0→1→10: PMF, lighthouse deployments, scale playbook.
Build and lead the exec team (sales, ops, eng), board, and investor relationships.
Drive enterprise
GTM:
multi-market pilots, pricing, contracts, and partnerships (POS/KDS, robotics, systems integrators).
Raise capital and manage runway; align incentives and metrics across the org.
Establish safety, compliance, and deployment SOPs for human/robot workflows.
Tell the story:
recruit talent, galvanize customers, and represent XPO globally.
You might be
Ex-Founder (restaurant focused SaaS) ideally but not necessarily with an exit, hungry for the next big build.
VC in F&B tech who wants to operate and own a category.
VP Sales (SaaS / POS / KDS / robotics) who has led multi-region teams and wants a founder's seat.
What you bring
Repeated success shipping and scaling B2B SaaS (ideally restaurant tech)
Deep network in the restaurant industry would be ideal
Capital formation experience (seed/Series A) or the gravitas to do it fast.
Operator's mindset:
cadence, dashboards, and field time in live restaurants.

High-level AI architecture ready | multiple software modules ready - to be assimilated into the main stack
