Account Manager
We are looking for the right fit for an Account Manager role at Battlefield Press. We are a medium-sized, family owned and operated printing company. We specialize in commercial printing and product packaging/folding cartons. Although medium-sized, our capacity is large as we support a wide variety of businesses across North America. We service anything from the food and beverage industry to the cosmetic industry. We are also capable of producing work on anything from 40lb offset to 40pt vinyl.

Some examples of our product offerings would include:
brochures, folding cartons, books, retail packaging, catalogs, clear packaging, flyers, postcards, display signage, decals, etc...

Account Manager


SUMMARY:
responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Product Development and Production departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

This position may require occasional travel.


JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Responsible for acquiring new customers aligned with Battlefield Press's expectations.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Responsible for accurate written and computer communication.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with Company Safety policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Not limited to duties as described above.

Qualifications:


  • Must be both familiar and able to adhere to company safety policies and government legislation (i.e. Occupational Health and Safety Act).
  • Respect's individuals, the organization, authority, the community, and the team.
  • Can work in teams.
  • Ability to adapt.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:
$33,400.74-$63,488.61 per year
