This role will assist the Business Development team that is responsible for the relationships with large clients and strategic partners.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Thorough review of existing partner contracts
  • Mapping of contract renewal dates and relevant terms
  • Building a framework to track this data and make recommendations to the team as we plan for 202
  • Maintain integrity and privacy of highly confidential information and ensure electronic files are organized and saved appropriately
  • Superior attention to detail, and organized, methodical approach to completion of tasks.
  • Liaise effectively with a wide and diverse range of employees at all levels and external partners
  • Accurate data entry, tracking, and followup on requests as required
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree/College diploma program
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced written and verbal communication in English
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
