    Overview:

    WOLF is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a solid tech background and over ten years of executive financial leadership experience, preferably in fast-paced tech sectors. The successful candidate will possess profound tech acumen and will be instrumental in navigating the company through its next phase of growth, potential M&A activities, and readiness for a public offering.

    Responsibilities:
    • Formulate and implement a forward-thinking financial strategy that complements WOLF's tech-driven objectives and market ambitions.
    • Orchestrate and streamline budgeting processes to ensure cross-departmental alignment with overarching financial and tech-oriented goals.
    • Engage in high-level negotiations with financial institutions, stakeholders, and investors to secure essential capital and funding.
    • Prepare and position WOLF strategically for potential IPOs, ensuring all regulatory, compliance, and market requirements are met or exceeded.
    • Maintain stringent control over financial operations, emphasizing transparency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
    • Evaluate and advise on long-term business planning and fiscal strategies, including potential tech-centric mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
    • Lead the development of a sophisticated financial reporting and analytics framework to support dynamic decision-making and tech innovation.
    • Additional duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • At least ten years of relevant experience in a financial leadership role within a high-growth, tech-focused environment.
    • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree strongly preferred.
    • CPA, CFA, or similar financial certifications are advantageous.
    • Demonstrable experience in managing financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings within the tech sector.
    • In-depth understanding of compliance regulations, financial standards, and tech industry specifics.
    • Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills and a knack for complex problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in defense, aerospace, and space sectors.
