THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKING AT OUR OFFICE (Langley, BC) AND IS NOT REMOTE
Responsibilities
- Invoicing
- Paying bills in both US and Canadian funds
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Creating commission reports
- Order Filing
- Banking
- Collection Calls
- Other assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Complete understanding and use of Quickbooks Desktop (latest version) with MINIMUM 2 years experience (test will be required)
- CRM proficiency (Pipedrive a bonus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Filing and organizational skills
- DETAIL ORIENTED IS A MUST
Salary & Benefits
- Starting $52,000
- Full benefits after 90 day probation
- Vacation pay after 90 day probation
