THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKING AT OUR OFFICE (Langley, BC) AND IS NOT REMOTE

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing
  • Paying bills in both US and Canadian funds
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Creating commission reports
  • Order Filing
  • Banking
  • Collection Calls
  • Other assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Complete understanding and use of Quickbooks Desktop (latest version) with MINIMUM 2 years experience (test will be required)
  • CRM proficiency (Pipedrive a bonus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Filing and organizational skills
  • DETAIL ORIENTED IS A MUST

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting $52,000
  • Full benefits after 90 day probation
  • Vacation pay after 90 day probation
Home office is in North Langley near Golden Ears Bridge. Work hours are 9am to 5pm M-F.
