- Greet and checkin patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of electronic medical records
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency with Tracker or similar dental software is highly desired
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial
- Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems
