  • Previous experience working in a dental office or similar administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency with Tracker or similar dental software is highly desired
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems
