    About the Role


    What You'll Do

    • Assist clients in planning personalized leisure trips based on their preferences and budgets
    • Conduct in-depth research to create inspiring and customized travel itineraries
    • Book all components: commercial or charter flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, excursions, insurance, etc.
    • Provide thorough client follow-up before, during, and after the trip
    • Build trusted, long‑term client relationships and foster loyalty
    • Collaborate with the team and share your favorite products, insights, and opportunities

    Requirements


    What We're Looking For

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel agency (corporate or leisure)

    Excellent proficiency in booking tools (GDS Sabre or equivalent)

    Deep knowledge of loyalty programs and fare policies

    Strong customer service focus and attention to detail

    Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure

    Self‑driven, professional, and organized

    Fluent in both French and English, spoken and writteng For
