Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a team environment.

You must be comfortable handling a steady volume of phone calls, working with industry partners, generating interest in the products we sell, trouble shooting customer issues and providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer service requests which include pricing, checking order status, stock status, product trouble shooting
• Understanding customer needs or requirements and fulfilling their requests
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through helping customers
• Qualifying opportunities to the outside sales executives for further development and closure
• Team with industry partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Manage social media platforms to add new content

Requirements:

• Knowledge of plumbing and heating products would be an asset
• Proven inside sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience handling customer service phone calls
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience working with quotation programs
• Strong listening and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift boxes of sizeable weight would be an asset
• Knowledge and ability to use basic tools would be an asset
