As
Coordinator, Campus Operations you will coordinate various college events and activities and support campus operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate and support college activities and events, whether on or offcampus.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, procurements, catering, etc.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure event success.
- Facilitate daily operations of campus functions and amenities to uphold quality standards.
- Monitor campus and facilitate intervention and maintenance needs to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support to the Campus President in executing various tasks.
- Assist in administrative duties, communication with other departments, and special projects as directed.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Willingness to use your own vehicle for transporting equipment and supplies occasionally (mileage is reimbursed).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, occasionally.
- Previous experience in campus operations, facility management, or event coordination is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problemsolving aptitude and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in Office suite for data reporting and communication.
- Certificates in Event Management and Project Management is advantageous.
- Adaptive and flexible mindset to meet the dynamic needs of the role.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends occasionally to support campus events and activities.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
