As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our front-of-house team and provide exceptional service to our guests.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Front-of-House Servers.

As a key member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing attentive and personalized service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
Anticipate guests' needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to any requests or inquiries.
Monitor table turnover and ensure that assigned sections are managed efficiently to maximize seating capacity.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are prepared and served correctly and timely.
Process guest payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting utensils, and assisting with general cleaning duties as needed.
Uphold restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining environment for guests and staff alike.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Positive attitude, teamoriented mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
